Peter started his career in the early 1970's working in the Trust Department of National Westminster Bank Manchester branch.

In the mid 1970's Peter moved to Somerset where he qualified as a Solicitor in 1977.

From 1979 until 2007 Peter worked with another local firm initially as partner and then as consultant. He joined this firm in September 2007 as a consultant specialising in probate and trust work as well as conveyancing.

Peter is married with three grown up children. In his younger days he played a variety of sports. He is a keen supporter of Yeovil Town FC and has been a season ticket holder for over 30 years. His other interests include photography and DIY.
